Taylor Swift appeared on last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! to talk about her surprise second album of 2020, evermore. She debunked the fan rumor that a third album called woodvale is on the way, explaining that she accidentally forgot to remove a placeholder album title from some folklore promotional materials. She also discussed Justin Vernon’s face covering during folklore: the long pond studio sessions, singing with Matt Berninger, the number of times she’s sung the word “fuck,” and more. Swift released her 9th studio LP evermore last week with merely hours notice, five months after the release of her last LP folklore. She simultaneously debuted the video for evermore single “willow.”

Earlier this month, Swift previewed a new version of her Fearless track “Love Story” in an ad that Ryan Reynolds made for Match, the first glimpse of her progress in re-recording her Big Machine catalog after its master rights were first purchased by Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings LLC.
