Sunseeker International has announced that four units of its Manhattan 68 (Review, Issue 54) have been ordered for Asia, starting with the first arriving in Thailand this month. The next unit is for Singapore, while two have been ordered in Hong Kong.
Powered by Volvo Penta IPS, the Manhattan 68 has a maximum top speed of 32 knots and a range of 550nm at 10 knots. Inside, the standard layout includes accommodation for up to eight guests and two crew.
Sunseeker has also created a new Pacific layout, as chosen for one of the hulls heading to Hong Kong. The Pacific layout features an expanded master cabin among three guest cabins on the lower deck, while the main-deck saloon includes two over-sized C-shaped sofas to increase interior entertaining space.
Sean Robertson, Sales Director at Sunseeker International, said: “The Manhattan range is proving very popular with our customers in Asia. We have seen significant interest in the Manhattan 68 and are excited to deliver the first yachts to customers in the region.
“Our new distribution structure in Asia brings Sunseeker closer to the market. The appointment of six world-class distributors, excelling in customer sales and servicing support, primes Sunseeker for future growth in the region.”
