“I discovered that there is actually a physiological pathway that happens within our bodies, it’s called intergenerational transgenerational epigenetic imprinting. And once I learned that, it was game changing, absolutely game changing! There is a physical pathway, that the experiences, the stories, the choices, the environment, the lives that our ancestors lived, passes down through the generations, and then lands in us. And I actually like to think about intergenerational epigenetics as little love letters from my ancestors.”
