Tiffany & Co. has unveiled its latest fine jewellery collection, which pays homage to the architectural codes of New York. The Tiffany Knot collection is elegant but with a tinge of ruggedness — just the Big Apple. Inspiring this array of jewellery is the idea of “chain link”, a motif commonly seen on the city’s street. Metaphorically, it also represents the interconnectedness of human relationships, especially in a highly cosmopolitan city like New York.

The energy and character of New York are encapsulated through the array of designs that comprised the collection such as the bracelets, rings, necklaces, pendants and earrings. Cast in 18-carat yellow or rose gold, some of these beautiful creations also feature dazzling pavé diamonds.

The Tiffany Knot designs are handcrafted from castings and the curved and twisted metals, together with the precious stones, ultimately transforms the industrial chain-links into a statement of raw elegance.

“Mastering the art of ‘making it’ in New York demands a strong sense of self and a certain state of mind. This is the spirit behind Tiffany Knot,” the brand said in a news release.

The hero piece of this collection is undoubtedly the double-wrap choker that is hand set with over 300 diamonds. While on the bracelets, the gold knot conceals the clasp such that it resembles a continuous loop with no discerning start or end.

“Tiffany Knot reflects the exacting standards that drive the House’s constant search for innovations in craftsmanship, rigour of form and precision of proportions,” the brand continued.

Employing both smooth forms and sharp ends, the artisans exemplify the excellent know-how and creative ingenuity of the storied jewellery house loved by generations of men and women.
