Commissioner/Public Administrator of Richmond County New York, Edwina Frances Martin Esq. presented the honor of a proclamation to Mayor Eric Adams for his support and appreciation of the arts and to the illustrious composer Randy Edelman for his contribution to the arts at The City Winery in Manhattan on August 28, 2022.  Andrew Kunkes, Director of Emergency Relief and Recovery, Community Affairs Unit, Office of the Mayor accepted for Mayor Eric Adams.
Randy Edelman was presented with the honor of a proclamation thanking him for his mini contributions to the cultural mosaic of New York City. Edelman is responsible for composing over 100 motion picture soundtrack and iconic pop hits.
As Public Administrator Edwina Frances Martin Esq. is primarily responsible for the administration of the estates of persons that have left will. She is a public interest lawyer focusing in government relations, nonprofit management and strategic communications. She is the former deputy chief of staff at the New York city Council, and former Director of communications and government relations at legal services NYC. She studied at J. D. Law @NYU, Williams College and Notre Dame Academy, Washington DC.
