Willie Nelsonâs Luck Reunion took place yesterday (March 14) at the country music legendâs Texas ranch. At one point during the evening, Nelson performed âRainbow Connectionâ with the Muppet behind the hit song, Kermit the Frog. Watch footage below.
Kermit the Frog released his iconic âRainbow Connectionâ in 1979, and the track has been covered many times, including by Willie Nelson on 2001âs Rainbow Connection. Nelson also performed the song with Kacey Musgraves at the Country Music Association Awards in 2019.
