On September 20, 2025, RADD will present a special music video screening at the United Nations Peace Day Concert in New York’s Times Square. Chairman John Velasco will reintroduce RADD’s powerful version of Paul McCartney’s “Drive My Car,” originally debuted in 1994.

The presentation underscores RADD’s mission to combat the global epidemic of road traffic deaths, which claim 1.19 million lives every year. Expanding beyond its original focus on drunk driving, RADD is rebranding as the Entertainment Industry’s Voice for Road Safety—addressing impaired and distracted driving with renewed urgency.

RADD artist Prince Parker will honor the occasion with a Jimi Hendrix–style performance of the “Stars and Stripes,” before headlining a follow-up concert at New York City’s legendary Bitter End on Sunday, September 21.
