This won’t be easy to watch.
Paramount+ has released the official trailer for Red Alert, a powerful four-part scripted series that brings to life the harrowing events of October 7, 2023.
The series premieres globally on Paramount+ on Tuesday, October 7, with all four episodes dropping the same day.

Red Alert is created, written, and directed by Lior Chefetz, with production support from Keshet Media Group and Academy Award–nominated producer Lawrence Bender.
The series doesn’t shy away from depicting one of the darkest days in modern history.Â
Over 1,200 people were murdered and 250 kidnapped near the Gaza border in what became the deadliest massacre in Israel’s history.
What sets this series apart is its focus on ordinary people who became extraordinary in the face of chaos.

The trailer offers glimpses of stories that intertwine under impossible circumstances:
- Bat Sheva (Rotem Sela), a mother whose son is taken into Gaza while she flees with her daughters.
- Ohad (Miki Leon), a father whose sacrifice turns him into a symbol of resilience.
- Ayub (Hisham Suleiman), a grieving husband forced to hide with his infant behind enemy lines.
- Nofar (Chen Amsalem), a Border Police officer injured while defending others.
- Kobi (Israel Atias), an anti-terrorism officer charging into danger to save his wife.
- Tali (Sara Vino), a mother who becomes an unlikely hero while searching for her wounded son.

By grounding its narrative in real accounts from survivors, Red Alert blends authenticity with cinematic storytelling.
It’s not just a retelling of tragedy — it’s a reminder of courage, humanity, and the resilience forged in the unlikeliest of moments.
At a time when Hollywood often avoids tackling stories this raw, Paramount+ is providing a platform for voices that deserve to be heard.Â
The trailer makes it clear: this is going to be an emotional, gripping, and essential viewing experience.
Watch the trailer for Red Alert below and prepare for the global premiere on October 7.
