Love her or hate her, Vivian Alamain always makes things more interesting.
Louise Sorel will again grace our screens with her presence for three episodes.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 2-2-26 say that Vivian returns to help Gwen with her revenge plot. But will her brief presence elevate this story enough to make a difference?

Please Let Vivian Break The Annoying Cycle With Gwen and Dmitri
Gwen and Dmitri have had the same fight at least twenty times since Dmitri returned a month ago.
Dmitri threatens to destroy Gwen’s life, Gwen denies having kidnapped him, they exchange some mildly amusing banter, and someone walks in.
Although some of the dialogue is amusing, the entire pattern is redundant. Nothing moves forward, and I’m always left wondering why we’re wasting Dmitri in scenes like this.
However, Friday’s cliffhanger suggested that the story is finally going to get out of second gear, with Gwen calling Vivian and asking her to help her rid the world of Dmitri.

Vivian Will Only Be In a Few Episodes, But She Could Cause a Lot Of Trouble
Vivian is my favorite villainess because she is as unpredictable as she is classy.
You never know what she’s going to do, and she doesn’t appear to have much of a conscience, but she’ll do it all with a smile, some dry humor, and a glass of wine in her hand.

It’s a shame that Ivan isn’t accompanying her this time. He always straddles the line between devoted servant and secret lover, making Vivian’s appearances even more fun.
But what we will get is three days of Vivian being Vivian. Whether or not she helps Gwen rather than getting rid of both her and Dmitri for her own reasons, this will be a fun week!

Vivian Will Try To Pull The Wool Over Rafe’s Eyes
According to Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 2-02-26, Vivian will try to spin a convincing tale when questioned.
Rafe wants to know why someone in Alamania was spying on the captives in the crypt and whether Stefan is really dead.
One spoiler says Rafe comforts Gabi, so he likely will get confirmation of Stefan’s demise, but you can’t trust Vivian — she still could have him hidden away somewhere.
In any case, Rafe and Eli are supposed to realize something after whatever yarn Vivian weaves for them, so she likely will realize she’s been found out and skedaddle back to Alamania so that she can’t get in legal trouble.

Will We Ever Learn What Happened Between Vivian and Sami?
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 2-02-26 still leave that question open, which makes sense since Sami isn’t in Salem right now.
But I want to know what ever came of the two of them sharing a flight the last time Sami was in town. That scene had to have been placed for a reason.
What do you think Vivian’s visit will reveal, if anything?

Vivian will get into more than enough trouble, and I wonder if her visit will also reveal that Liam was a red herring after all.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 2-02-26 have Rafe questioning Liam, but it isn’t clear whether Liam has any idea what this is all about.

Plus, later in the week, Liam apologizes to Abe.
Only in Salem could kidnapping be something that is settled with an apology, though the fact that one exists suggests Liam is involved.
However, Liam might not have known what he was getting into. Maybe he was approached by someone who offered him money to lend them a car or something, and he didn’t question what was going on.
That would make sense, while Liam deliberately being involved with such a massive operation by a criminal family makes none.
I’d much rather Liam be involved with the stalking storyline. That seems more his speed.

Speaking Of The Stalker Storyline, What’s Up With JJ?
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 2-02-26 have JJ and Julie butting heads after JJ accuses Jeremy of trying to kill Alex twice.
JJ has always been my favorite, and that makes it even more disappointing that he seemingly swallows the official story without question.
Before he was rewritten into a generic cop, JJ had strong instincts that aren’t present here.
He also should be the last person to jump to conclusions about his cousin. JJ was once the kid with a criminal record that no one wanted to give a second chance to, and that history should influence his decisions now.

It’s doubly annoying that JJ is being written like this when he appears so infrequently.
It’s like the writers took him off the shelf and dusted him off just to force an unnecessary and inauthentic conflict. Ugh.
Additionally, I absolutely hate the trope of 99% of the town having the same opinion. It’s so unrealistic and uninteresting.
It would be far better if JJ didn’t initially agree that Jeremy was guilty, putting him in conflict with his superiors and forcing him to question his objectivity.
That would also tie into his promise to Theo to learn more about acting out of bias, even if this time it’s family-oriented and not racial.

A Few Other Spoilers…
- There is plenty of movement in the Bayview storyline, with Kristen and Brady clashing over Rachel’s treatment and Holly inexplicably reconciling with Sophia.
- Leo will continue to fight his attraction to Dmitri. (Can we blame Javi’s refusal to accept Leo’s loyalty. to him for this awful story?)
- Stefano’s memorial, as unnecessary and redundant as it is, will take place this week.
