Steve Byrd’s Talent Festival Rocks the World

Steve Byrd’s Talent Festival, presented by Byrd Dove MGMT and Bookings, delivered an electrifying afternoon of music, culture, and undeniable star power on April 25, 2026. Running from 12–4 PM and hosted by the captivating Ms. Shandaria Massey, the event unfolded as a seamless celebration of talent across gospel, hip hop, and R&B/house/pop.

The gospel lineup opened with depth and soul, featuring Diane Malloy, Jeremy Lyons, Tina Nelms, Brianna Wyatt, Tatyanna George, Lauren Byrd and Leroy Thomas. Each performance carried a sense of purpose, filling the room with powerful vocals and heartfelt messages that connected deeply with the audience.

Hip hop brought a bold shift in energy, as Queen Shey, Sanchild, Angie Rose, and Ronnelia C. took the stage with confidence and individuality. Their performances were vibrant, expressive, and unapologetically real, capturing the essence of the genre while commanding the crowd’s full attention.

The R&B, dance house, and pop segment elevated the experience even further. Shandaria returned to the stage alongside Shvn, Alicia Seymour, Nakia Boston, Irene Michaels, Tenille Janae, and Allyssa Smith. Together, they created a dynamic wave of rhythm and style, blending smooth vocals with high-energy performances that kept the momentum alive.

The festival expanded beyond borders with an extended lineup that showcased even more diversity and global reach. I Am Tanieka, Mimi (UK), Lyriqe’ (UK), and Sammy Cokas each added their own unique flair, reinforcing the festival’s international spirit and broad artistic scope.

Every artist contributed something distinct, yet the event felt unified—driven by passion, dedication, and a shared love of performance. Steve Byrd’s vision was clear: to create a platform where emerging and established talent could shine equally, and where audiences could experience a wide spectrum of music in one unforgettable setting.

By the time the final note rang out, it was evident that this wasn’t just a festival—it was a statement. A statement about the power of music, the importance of opportunity, and the brilliance that emerges when talent is given the stage it deserves.
