WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump fully backs Senate Republicans’ police reform bill unveiled earlier on Wednesday, White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany told reporters at a briefing.

“We fully support the Scott bill and every element of it,” she said, referring to Senator Tim Scott, the only black Republican in the U.S. Senate, who crafted the measure.
