Alanis Morissette was the musical guest on the latest episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon!, and so was her daughter. Morissette performed the television debut of her new single “Ablaze” remotely from her home library while holding her daughter, who sang along and asked Morissette questions about the lyrics she was singing. Morissette’s backing band also joined in on the Zoom performance. Check it out below.

Morissette releases her new album Such Pretty Forks in the Road tomorrow (July 31). The LP was originally slated for a May 1 release date, but was postponed due to COVID-19.

Morisette recently reissued her 1995 breakout album Jagged Little Pill. In 2021, she’ll head out on a Jagged Little Pill tour with Garbage and Liz Phair.
