In July 2017, Gord Downie of the Tragically Hip died made his final recordings before dying of brain cancer that October. Those tracks will see the light of day in the new double album Away Is Mine. It’s out October 17 via Arts & Crafts. It features 10 songs presented with both acoustic and electric versions. Listen to “Hotel Worth” and “Useless Nights” below.

“This won’t be his last release, but these are the final ten songs Gord sang before he passed away. The last time he ever sang into a mic,” his brother Patrick Downie wrote in a statement. “That’s pretty special to us.”
