AniMaze X has rocked the world by storm with their new single “Strawberry Fields Forever” a heavy metal version of the iconic Beatles song that changed the history of the music industry forever. The record has been released on Tribeca Records, a SohoJohnny Enterprise.

“Strawberry Fields Forever” was written by John Lennon and first released in 1967 as a double single with “Penny Lane.” It initially confused the music critics as well as the groups bands and was highly influential on the emerging psychedelic genre, and recognized as pioneering work in the medium of music video. Leading thought was that this work was the finest of Lennon’s career as he based the song on one of his childhood memories. There is even a place set aside in New York City’s Central Park as a tribute to John Lennon called “Strawberry Fields.“

AniMaze X hit the song with full force and effect and nailed it, along with their psychedelic video. They have given the song a new flavor and with it a new meaning. With their own color and texture they have added a dazzling sparkle to the legendary song which it well deserves.

AniMaze X is a project started by the members of the best-selling D-Metal Stars/ AniMetal USA. The project focuses on a wider variety of musical themes such as superheroes, popular cartoons, and Broadway musicals as well as the D-Metal classics. The Project features Mike Vescera on lead vocals, John Bruno on guitar, Rudy Sarzo on bass (from Ozzy Osbourne), and BJ Zampa on drums.

“Strawberry Fields” is available on Spotify, Amazon and Apple Music for your listening in streaming pleasure.
