The 1975 Announced as SNL Musical Guests

On an upcoming episode hosted by Wednesday star Jenna Ortega

The 1975 have been announced as the musical guests for an upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live. The band will return to SNL to perform on the March 11 episode hosted by Wednesday star Jenna Ortega. (Booking the band Wednesday, of course, would’ve been a slam dunk here. Pitchfork has reached out to the band Wednesday for comment.)

After previously performing on the show in 2016, the band are returning in support of their 2022 album Being Funny in a Foreign Language. Jack White is performing on February 25 with host Woody Harrelson, and Kelsea Ballerini performs on the March 4 episode with the Kansas City Chiefs’ Travis Kelce.
