Lil Yachty has been announced as the musical guest for an upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live. The rapper will make his debut appearance on SNL during its April 1 episode, which will be hosted by Abbott Elementary star Quinta Brunson. The news was revealed during last night’s SNL episode, which featured musical guests the 1975.

Yachty released his latest full-length Let’s Start Here. earlier this year. In 2022, he posted a track called “Poland” on SoundCloud. The song, which was produced by F1lthy, quickly  went viral, and Yachty officially released it a week later. The single arrived with a music video directed by Cole Bennett.

In 2021, Lil Yachty released Michigan Boy Boat and Birthday Mix 6, as well as the single “Yae Energy.”
