International Day of Peace & Climate Week Kick-Off 2025

“Pause the World for Peace” — A Global Movement for Unity, Climate Action, and Music in Times Square

New York, NY – September 2025 – The world will unite in harmony, action, and celebration as the International Day of Peace & Climate Week Kick-Off 2025 launches with “Pause the World for Peace”, a powerful global movement that combines music, meditation, and climate action. The three-day initiative will be anchored in Times Square, New York City, while streaming worldwide to millions.

On September 19, 2025, the event opens with a Meditative Minute of Silence for Peace at noon from City Hall, symbolizing a collective pause across the globe.

On September 20, 2025, Times Square transforms into the epicenter of peace and clean energy innovation with a LIVE Worldwide Concert, Broadcast, and Human Peace Sign from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Artists, activists, and visionaries will gather to uplift humanity and inspire action for a sustainable future.

On September 21, 2025, the official UN International Day of Peace, the world will join in a synchronized Moment of Silence at noon across 24 time zones, paired with peace pole creations, calls for ceasefires, and global acts of peace.

Adding to the excitement, FENIX360 is proud to present its electrifying artist Prince Parker, who will perform in Times Square following his acclaimed appearances at the “FENIX Rising” showcases. Known for his powerful performances and Hendrix-inspired energy, Prince Parker embodies the spirit of a new generation rising for peace and justice.

The global stage will also shine with celebrated talents, including  Irene Michaels, whose artistry and resilience continue to inspire audiences worldwide. Together, these performers will highlight the unifying power of music at one of the most iconic intersections of the planet.

The initiative is supported by partners including the President of the Borough of Manhattan, Climate Week NYC, Battery Tour, OMMM, NYC Parks, Good News Broadcast, Times Square Alliance, and We Don’t Have Time, among others.

“Pause the World for Peace” is more than an event — it’s a movement. From the streets of New York to every corner of the globe, voices will rise in unison for a future built on peace, climate action, and collective healing.
