Christmas is upon us and to help you get into the spirit of the season, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa presents its very own Christmas Town. Together with your family and friends, you will be able to indulge in a slew of festive-themed restaurants — from brunch in the morning to cocktails in the evening.

To start your day (or end your day) at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa, be sure to head over to Kwee Zeen Restaurant for a scrumptious buffet meal. On the menu are some of the traditional holiday classics such as roasted turkey and tomahawk. The freshest seafood items are served on ice like the briny caviar and of course, there will also be free-flowing pan-seared foie gras. To end your meal, there is a full dessert counter serving quintessential Christmas favourites — log cakes, stollen, panettone and chocolate fondue.

The Cliff Restaurant

Over at The Cliff Restaurant, celebrate Christmas the way the Italians do and that is through enjoying a meal made with top-quality ingredients. To ensure each dish is served with par excellence, The Cliff’s Chef de Cusine Jeremy Baragan painstakingly scours for the freshest produce at the height of its flavour. Set against the sunset and with unparalleled wine pairing options, this lavish experience will forever be etched in your memory.

LeBar

Festive High Tea, Sofitel Sentosa

If you are looking for something more lighthearted, why not give the Festive High Tea a try? This popular British pastime is available at LeBar and you can look forward to tantalizing Christmas treats. A glass of Taittinger champagne is a great way to wash it all down.

On the topic of alcohol, LeBar’s 12 Cocktails of Christmas is the “advent calendar” you never knew you needed. Specially curated by mixologist Christopher Galler, experience the Christmas joie de vivre through his “blushing santarina” — a mix of pomegranate and strawberry. Also the “nutty and nice”, which is a blend of vodka with hazelnut and ginger; and “tipsy grinch” in the shade of green made with homemade Christmas syrup top over gin.

Takeaway options are available as well, which you can bring back for your own gatherings throughout the month. From desserts such as the yule log curated by Pastry Sous Chef Kelvin Kan, he calls it “Noël à la Singapourienne” (meaning “Christmas, The Singaporean Way”) to the classic roasted fare but at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa, it is done with a twist: Rendang Turkey. This special treat is made by Chef de Cusine of Kwee Zeen Nelson Lim.

Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of city life, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa makes the perfect spot this Christmas to celebrate and hold your gatherings with friends and family. Delicious food paired with splendid views and ambience, this experience is only a click away.
