Wendy Stuart and Nick Lion will be hosting the New York Model Society fundraiser Marilyn Monroe Vogue Runway Competition at the Copacabana Night Club located at 625 West 51st Street, New York, NY, 10019 from 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM on Friday, August 26th, 2022.

As an ALL INCLUSIVE Organization, we want to allow everyone an opportunity to walk the runway. Aspiring models will have the chance to compete and show their “Best Marilyn Inspired Look “and, “Runway Walk” The Best Walk Performance wins a 500.00 Cash Prize. In addition, a Special Runway, simulating the subway floor ventilation wind, will be in place for contestants who desire to emulate the scene of the movie “The Seven Year Itch.” by wearing a similar replica of the Infamous White Dress that made the glamorous actress an Icon. Nine Judges will be selected from the audience and VIP LIST. All of Ms. Marilyn Monroe’s Looks are highly encouraged to wear at this Charitable Fashion Event. An array of elements of Ms. Monroe will be added, such as special drinks, decor, Red Carpet commemorative step , and repeat.Lighing and Hollywood music remixes Thank you for your generous support of our Organization.

Sixty years ago, Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe went to heaven. The silver screen star will be remembered this night. This is a Tribute to her memory by the people that have never forgotten her. Fashion Event Creator and CEO Director Robert Sosa has produced this Event which is very much in tune with his Summer of Glam 2022 Collection of New York Runway Couture Designers Event-Series.
Nick Lion and Wendy Stuart are The Hosts of “NIGHT OF 1000 MARILYNS” Mr. Lion is a Monroe’s Authentic Memorabilia Collector who has devoted his time to All THINGS MARILYN. In addition, his admiration for the Star has made him create a Nightclub named ICON, also dedicated to the Star. He holds exhibitions and events to keep her memory alive. Ms.Stuart, a Celebrity Actress, Comedienne, Philanthropist, and author of The Last Model Standing, is also a forever admirer of the bombshell. The Hosts are donating their talent and time to the Non-Profit Organization to help promote and economically develop Metropolitan Emerging Talent in the Fashion Industry. Together they will host an event competition to be remembered.

UP TO 100 REGISTERED RUNWAY COMPETITION CONTESTANTS will receive COMPLIMENTARY ADMITTANCE. 30 OF THE BEST CONTESTANTS WILL BE CHOSEN BY THE 9 JUDGES TO GO ON STAGE TO COMPETE. ONE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED BY THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF APPLAUSES AND THE JUDGE’S DISCRETION.
