Galileo

Headlined by superyachts up to 56m, the line-up for the second Singapore Yachting Festival at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove will see exclusive additions including the first HH88 sailing catamaran, Perini Navi’s 183ft Galileo and Sanlorenzo SD118. Held from April 25-28, organisers have stated that all booths and berths are ‘fully subscribed’, with over 70 yachts expected along with water toys, in-water demos, sea trials, speedboat rides and supercars.

The four-day show will be preceded by the ICOMIA Boating Industry Conference (April 23-24) and Wednesday evening’s YACHT STYLE Awards (April 24), with both events also held at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.

Show tickets are available online and priced at SDG 54.50 nett for a single-day pass and SDG 81.75 nett for a multi-day pass, while a two-day conference pass costs SDG 218 nett.

Bluegame BG42 and BGX73

As well as an increase in yachts on the water, a notable addition to this year’s show is the on-land Lifestyle Festival Market featuring pop-up F&B stalls and family-friendly carnival games, while live music and roving entertainment will keep visitors entertained on and off the pontoons.

The show’s largest yacht will be the 55.7m Galileo, a steel and aluminium expedition yacht built by Perini Navi, exhibited by IYC and available for charter in the Maldives and Southeast Asia. The show will include several other superyachts including the 40m Silentworld charter yacht exhibited by Iseo Yachting and the 36m Azimut Hye Seas 2 by ONE°15 Charters Luxury Yachting.

Sanlorenzo SD118

Simpson Marine’s line-up includes the Asia debut of the SD118 – the flagship of Sanlorenzo’s semi-displacement range – as well as its SL96A and SX88 superyachts. Asia’s largest yacht dealer is also staging the regional premiere of Bluegame’s flagship BGX73, Southeast Asia debut of the BG42 and Asia first for Fairline’s two-balcony Squadron 58, which had its world premiere last September.

Wally’s 89ft wallywhy200 ‘spaceship’ and the wallypower58 both have Asia-Pacific premieres, while Ferretti Group Asia-Pacific and dealer Hong Seh Yachting will also show a Ferretti Yachts 780 and stage the Singapore debut of the Rivamare, the elegant 39-footer from Riva’s Open line.

Princess’s flagship X95 and Y95 will appear at a boat show together for the first time, while the British builder’s X80, F55 and F45 will also be shown by its Southeast Asia representative, Boat Lagoon Yachting. The multi-brand dealer will also stage the Asia premiere of Jeanneau’s Merry Fisher 1295 and the French builder’s Cap Camarat 7.5 Centre Console.

The Asia premiere of the Magellano 60 is a highlight of an Azimut display including a Fly 78 and a Fly 53, while Absolute’s new 56 Fly will be displayed by local dealer FP Autosports. Sunseeker plans to show a Manhattan 52 and potentially a 76 Yacht, while Aquitalia Yachts will make its Singapore debut with the Aquitalia 68 following the appointment of Raffles Yacht as its regional representative.

Azimut Magellano 60

Regional dealer Asiamarine will show a Galeon 400 Fly and a Nimbus T11. Derani Yachts is set to show the Singapore debuts of the Axopar 45 XC Cross Cabin and Greenline 40 Hybrid, as well as Axopar’s 37 XC Cross Cabin, while Asia’s first Brabus Shadow 1000 is set to arrive after the show.

Saxdor’s new Asia-Pacific dealer, DCH Marine, will publicise its appointment with the Asia debut of the brand’s flagship 400 GTO along with a 270 GTO. The Candela C-8 electric hydrofoil from Sweden has its Asia premiere, while other highlights include Southeast Asia debuts for De Antonio’s D50 from Spain and Parker’s Monaco 110 (37ft) from Poland, plus the UX Spin (19ft) by South Africa’s UX Marine.

Leopard 40, 46 and 53 Powercats

Leopard will have a spectacular five-model line-up. Built by Robertson and Caine in Cape Town, the models comprise the Leopard 42 and 50 sailing catamarans, and the brand’s full fleet of powercats, from the 40 PC – making its Asia debut – and 46 PC to the flagship 53 PC, which recently topped 100 units delivered across the world.

Marine Italia, a multi-market Azimut dealer, will exhibit an Aquila 32 Sport following the company’s new representation of the powercat brand in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Fountaine Pajot’s MY6 powercat (46ft) will be shown in collaboration with The Yacht Sales Co, while other power catamarans include the 48ft Lynx built by Australia’s Outlaw Boats and represented by Malaysia-based Lynx Adventures Asia.

HH Catamarans will stage the world premiere of its flagship HH88, designed by Morelli and Melvin, and the show’s large sailing catamaran. Built in carbon-fibre and finished in materials including hardwood and exotic stone, the yacht features an enclosed flybridge, a hot tub and jetski launch.

Dufour 61

The Yacht Sales Co is also showing Dufour’s flagship 61 and 41 as the latter makes its Southeast Asia debut following displays at shows in Hong Kong in December and Japan in March, while other sailing monohulls include a Hanse 460 displayed by SEA Yacht Sales.

An eye-catching addition set to generate a lot of attention is the 10-seat AirFish 8 wing-in-ground craft, which flies just above the surface of the water and has been developed by ST Engineering AirX, adhering to International Maritime Organization (IMO) guidelines.

Each day, the supercar parade takes place from 3-6pm, with highlights including The ExotiCar Club on April 25, Porsche on April 26, Lamborghini on April 27 and Ferrari on April 28. In addition, Aston Martin Singapore will display the DB12 Volante, DBX707 and DB12 Coupe throughout the show.

The Singapore Yachting Festival is organised by ONE°15 Events Management – an SUTL Enterprise subsidiary – in collaboration with SG Marine Guide owned by Wade Pearce.
