It’s an approach they continue to take as they experience all the small (and big) things in life together.

“After my accident, there was a lot of no way, no hows,” Travis reflected in the documentary. “I never thought I was gonna get married again. I never planned on having any more children. And then, I fell in love with my best friend. It just started opening my eyes and my world. It sounds corny, but it’s just like a fairy-tale story.”

And the couple is excited to write many more chapters with their blended family.

“The power of love is amazing,” Travis told E! News in June. “My kids were my strength from the time they existed.”

Check out their sweetest moments.
